The Story Behind Our Still
At Velocity Craft Spirits, every batch we distill carries a story.
Our pot still is named “Stole the Show” in loving memory of my son, Alexzander Tomas Bohn. The name comes from a song that was played at his funeral — a reminder of a beautiful soul who will always be part of our lives.
When we fire up the still and begin a new batch, it’s more than just the process of distilling spirits. It’s a moment of reflection, remembrance, and purpose.
Every drop that comes through this still carries a piece of that story — a spirit of love, strength, and resilience.
